Make this Rocket Valentine gift for the kids in your life. The free printable makes it fool-proof to create this Valentine. Let them know they are a blast with this unique alternative to traditional Valentine cards and candy. I made these Rocket Valentine gifts for my son’s class this year and can’t wait to drop them off!

Here’s what you’ll need for the Rocket Valentine Gifts:
~ Rockets – You can get 2 for $1 at the Dollar Tree or get these fancy LED Rockets
~ Ribbon or Twine
~ Hole punch
Instructions for Rocket Valentine gifts:
Print out the Rocket Valentine Printable in color on cardstock paper. Next cut out the rocket shape leaving enough room on the side of the rocket to hole punch. You can see how I cut out the rocket in the pictures above and below.
Have your little one sign the tags if they are giving the Rocket Valentine gifts to friends. Then attach to rockets loosely with ribbon or twine.
That’s it! Your Rocket Valentine is finished and ready to give to a special kid (or grown-up)! I love how easy these are to put together and how cute they turned out. We enjoy playing with these rockets in the yard and seeing who can launch them the furthest. Some adults would like to receive these Rocket Valentine gifts as well. I know my husband sure does get a kick out of playing with them with our son. I also love the idea of giving non-candy Valentines and am sure that other parents will appreciate that as well.
What Valentine gifts are you making this year? I’d love to hear from you! Please leave a comment below.

So cute!
I love the creativity and simplicity of “celebrating Valentine’s day with a bang!” and including a toy instead of candy!
My Valentine is heart shaped, red and plain pasta for a family dinner!
